How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver your Ryx order as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days across India, depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email so you can stay updated every step of the way.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly during high demand periods or due to unforeseen courier delays but we always do our best to ensure your order reaches you on time.
Are there any conditions for return and exchange?
Due to the personal nature of perfumes, we do not offer returns or exchanges on perfumes once they have been delivered.
However, your experience matters to us. In the rare case that you receive a wrong or damaged product, we will be happy to assist you.
To process such requests:
• Please share a clear unboxing video along with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery
• The video should clearly show the package being opened for validation
Once verified, we will initiate a refund within 48–50 hours.
